Scenario planning is based on the idea that to develop a plan for the future, we first need to know what we want the future to be. Throughout the planning process, we will explore a range of planning choices and their potential outcomes, in effect “trying out” where the different scenarios might lead the community. The Scenario process will work down from the three scenarios to a “preferred growth scenario” – a vision of what the Perimeter Dunwoody Market will look like in 2040.
